This website is provided by Wellington & Grant (“we”, “us” and “our”). These terms apply to your use of the website and its enquiry facilities. Please read them before using the site.

Our journeys, routes, accommodation suggestions and photographs are intended to inspire a personal itinerary. They do not guarantee a particular room, property, guide, experience or departure. Availability, operating conditions and supplier arrangements may change.

Published prices are indicative “from” prices in US dollars, based on the assumptions stated with each journey. Your final quote depends on travel dates, party size, accommodation, inclusions and availability. International flights are excluded unless expressly included in your quote. Festive pricing is available on request.

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation with a journey designer. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your enquiry; it does not confirm availability, reserve travel services or create a booking.

Any booking will be subject to a separate written proposal, the applicable booking conditions and your acceptance of those conditions. The proposal and booking documents will set out inclusions, exclusions, payment arrangements and any relevant supplier terms. This website does not accept online booking payments.

Cancellation, amendment and refund arrangements depend on the conditions supplied for your particular journey. No cancellation entitlement or refund amount should be inferred from a sample itinerary or an indicative website price. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please provide accurate contact details and travel information, and let us know if they change. If you share information about someone travelling with you, make sure you have their permission to do so.

The enquiry form is intended for adults planning travel. Please do not send payment card details, passport copies, medical records or other sensitive documents through it. If further information is needed to arrange your journey, we will discuss an appropriate way to provide it.

You may use this website to explore journeys and make genuine enquiries. Please do not submit unlawful, misleading or abusive material, impersonate another person, send unsolicited promotions, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website or its enquiry service.

Our written content, brand identity and website design belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal trip planning. Reproducing our original content for commercial use requires permission.

Third-party photographs remain subject to their individual licences and the rights of their creators. Those licences, including any permissions they grant, are listed on our photography credits page. Images may illustrate a destination or style of experience and do not, by themselves, imply a supplier partnership.

We take care over the information published here, but errors and interruptions can occur. Please confirm any detail material to your travel plans with your journey designer. Website content may be corrected or updated, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Links to other websites are provided for reference. Their content, services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these website terms as our services develop. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to these website terms do not, by themselves, change the terms of an existing confirmed booking.
